All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Landmark Computers.
Landmark Computers may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Landmark Computers requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Landmark Computers, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
Landmark Computers or its agent will deliver the goods you orderded, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Landmark Computers as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Landmark Computers to be authorized to receive the goods.
If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Landmark Computers may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Landmark Computers may charge you additional delivery fees.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
Landmark Computers reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.
All product returns are subject to Landmark Computers Returns Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions.
For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Landmark Computers; and the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Landmark Computers is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
The normal processing time for online orders will be 2-5 working days. The customer will be informed by email or phone in case of delay in processing the order.

Return or Refund Policy:
Refunds for some items will be at the current market price - not at the original purchase price. This is due to rapid depreciation of computer part costs.
A restocking fee of 15% within 7 days, 20% within 14 days, and 30% within 30 days will be charged on all return goods which are not faulty. No refunds after 30 days of purchase. All discrepancies with your purchase must be notified within 24 hours.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. (Please quote the invoice number for reference).

Landmark Computers provide a limited warranty on all LMC Personal Computers. All other hardware that we sell may be covered by relevant manufacturerâ€™s warranty. Please refer to product manuals enclosed with your purchased product. Most products are supported directly by manufacturers or by their authorized agents free of charge. Some products will be collected, serviced and returned to you at no cost. Some products come with a defective on arrival (D.O.A) policy within certain days from the date of purchase. The policies and conditions are set by the manufacturers and are varied from time to time without notice. Landmark Computers have not control over these policies.
It is important to remember, failure to present proof of purchase for any warranty claim, may incur service and/or repair charges. For D.O.A claims, service, phone support and other warranty related information on your product, you should contact the appropriate manufacturer. However Landmark Computers can provide this service at a nominal fee of $45 (warranty or non-warranty) which includes freight insurance and handling. No manufacturer provides software related warranty support free of charge.

Landmark's Prices are in Australian dollars and all GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change without notice. We have priced all our products at competitive prices, ensuring customers get the best possible prices at all times. Landmark can do any genuine price match. Landmark also reserves the right to refuse price matching if the price is under our cost. Therefore our prices are based on Cash, Credit Card, Business Cheque, and Direct Transfer Payments.
For Credit card payment an additional surcharge applies. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in full and funds must be fully cleared prior to title of goods is passed on to the Customer. Payments may be made through direct deposit, direct internet transfer, Credit card, bank cheque or business cheque. All credit card Payments will incur a surcharge of, 1.20% for Visa, MasterCard & Bankcard, 3.0% for American Express & Diners Cards, and 1.5% for Paypal.
For Online orders please pay by direct deposit, direct internet transfer, credit card, paypal, bank cheque or business cheque. Payments must be made in full and cleared prior to delivery.
We DO NOT process credit cards sent via emails or from overseas customers. Please do not call us to give us your credit card details, we will contact you once your details and the order has been confirmed. Your contact details must be verifiable (listed on whitepages) and contactable on the same listed phone number, otherwise you'll be required to fax/scan the credit card and identification card or your order might be delayed. We do not accept third party shipping, where the goods is delivered to someone else other than the customer (if its sent to work address, then provide company detail and contact details). All online orders paid for by a credit card need to be phone verified before dispatch (no online orders will be verified through emails). Please make sure you give us the correct details (especially your phone number) which will speed up the verification process.

To protect our customers, and reduce the levels of credit card fraud and theft, Landmark Computers may require you, at our sole discretion, to provide us with additional information in order for us to be able to process your order. We may ask you to provide us any or all of the following:

-copy of a recent utility bill (water/electricity etc) or your bank statement where the billing address matches your customer or delivery address

Delivery affecting QLD and Northern NSW - IMPORTANT
Landmark Computers has been advised by our courier companies (StarTrack and CouriersPlease) that due to the effects of Tropical Cyclone Oswald there is currently no guarantee of delivery to the state of Queenslands, as well as to large parts of Northern NSW. The flooding in these areas is severe and many roads are closed, and will remain closed for the rest of this week.
We expect to be able to return to normal delivery time frames in these areas starting from Tuesday the 5th of February.
